We listen, act, and transform
“Courage Starts With Showing Up And Letting Ourselves Be Seen”— Brene Brown.
I can’t wait to work with you!
Taking the first step can be scary, but our relationship will be built on trust and a genuine authentic connection. Our relationship will be a two-way street where we can be open and honest in an effort to start healing and growing.
Are you wondering what I can help you with?
I really enjoy working with all types of people in an empathetic and non-judgmental setting. I especially like helping people improve relationships. Couples counseling along with relationship counseling related to family, workplace, and friends are areas where I can help. I can help a person or couple improve their communication skills, ability to compromise, deal with resentment, rebuild trust, or navigate a blended family.
I also enjoy working with individuals. I regularly help people with issues related to anxiety, depression, loneliness, and substance abuse. I often see adolescents and teens and help them work on school anxiety, time management, college preparation, and relationships with friends and adults.
All of the above we do in an environment encouraging curiosity and vulnerability. This setting allows for positive change and growth.
I am concerned for your well-being and I want you to have a positive experience in whichever counseling setting you choose. Let’s connect by doing a 30-minute free consultation so that you can decide for yourself if I could be of service to you. Please reach out. I am here for you.
